Still Need Help

This past week, I wired $500 to Pastor Francis, $850 to Pastor Peter ($600 for our library rent for three months), and $500 to Alice for the EOTOO Orphanage, all three so they would have resources for the holidays. All acknowledged receipt of the funds, but all reminded me about the school fees that are due right after the New Year. Also, I am leading a team to Kenya on February 25, 2016, and we cannot go empty handed. I need your help as the year ends to be able to meet these commitments that the Lord has laid before us, as stated in Ephesians 2:8-10: "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast. For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do."

Mary, Phyllis, Elizabeth, Jackson, and the other children (pictured right during our visit last February) are our good deeds. Our libraries that help to combat Kids Masksboredom and the problems that ensue when it exists, computer centers to train and teach, school fees to ensure access to a better future - all these things are our good deeds. You can participate and make them your good deeds by giving to make those deeds a reality.

There is still time to include these Kenya good deeds in your year-end giving. You can give through my website using PayPal or by sending a tax-deductible check to PurposeQuest, PO Box 8882, Pittsburgh, PA 15221-0882. Thank you and on behalf of all our Kenyan partners, I wish you and yours a very Merry Christmas!
