"Let us, therefore, make every effort to enter
that rest, so that no one will perish by following
their example of disobedience" - Hebrews 4:11.
This verse seems to indicate that it takes effort to enter the kind of rest that God has in mind for His people. It also teaches that disobedience is a source of unrest, as was shown by the Israelites who had to wander the wilderness due to their unbelief. A poor spiritual condition is a source of toil and labor no matter how much leaders rest their physical body. Such things as worry, lack of personal discipline, anger and greed can take away leaders' strength and lead to fatigue and, if left unchanged, serious health problems.

Are you tired when you get up even after a good night's sleep? Do you rejoice when it's your day off and dread the day when you have to return to work? Do you overeat or have other physical symptoms caused by anxiety? If your answer is yes, you need to make an effort to get to the root cause of your fatigue,
