Mary's Tuition is Paid

I sent $750 this past week via Western Union to Pastor Francis to pay for Mary's next term tuition (I feel like a father paying his daughter's or niece's school fees). I immediately received this report from Pastor Francis, in which you can feel his excitement and joy, so of course I must share it with you:

Dr. J,

Thanks again so much for your quick response towards Mary's school fees. I received the money and it is enough to clear all her fees balance for 2013, buy her personal effects and transport her back to school. This means that her fees will be needed next year when she joins her next class. How great this is to me! God is wonderful. I just love and trust Him more. To you and all involved, only God knows how much grateful we are.  More blessing Dr.

Pst. Francis

Along with the thank you, Francis sent some pictures ot the children who remain behind at his orphanage and Upako Latest 1school.  Mary was pictured among them last year, but now she has moved on, thanks to your help. No, I am not making an appeal to help us send the children pictured right to school like Mary, unless the Lord lays it on your heart to do so. I have said all along that we cannot save the whole world, just a little piece of it. We are sponsoring three children now and will do more as God leads.

If you would like to contribute to our school, library, or food fund, you can contribute online on my website or by sending a check to PurposeQuest, PO Box 8882, Pittsburgh, PA, 15221-0882. I am going to Kenya in October, and will check on everyone's progress then, along with laying the groundwork for my next tour there with a group next March. In the meantime, you know I will pass along any updates I receive so you can see firsthand the progress and impact we are making there.
