I received the following email from Alice last week, asking for help to feed the children at Each One Touch One.  I am going to send $500.  Will you contribute toward that amount?  Below Alice's email is one from Pastor Francis explaining what our support has meant for him and his work with children and orphans.  I hope you take time to read them both and then give as generously as you can:

Dr. J,

It's my hope that all is well with you.  I am well and so are the children.  Thanks to God for that.

I am writing to kindly request for assistance to purchase food for the children.  Our account on this issue is very low and would appreciate any assistance you and your team may provide.  We are ever appreciative for the care the Sophia Fund and its friends have accorded EOTOO for through them, the children have had steady meals and the food department is not one of those that have given EOTOO anxiety.  May God bless the open hands that give to feed the needy.

Dear Dr. John,

Peace and all that is good be with you. We are well and a lot is happening over here. When you first visited Upako and prayed for us, very little was happening. But when we reflect back today, we see so much has improved since that time.

The informal structures have changed, children feeding, clothes, books, just but to mention a few things, The reason why I am saying this is because you have been a blessing to us in so many ways and when we turn to God we count these many blessings and say may God bless and reward you. All the beautiful visitors you bring to set their feet in this project have always been of much blessings to the children to the ministry and the entire Kawangware community where most of the children you are supporting come from. Blessings, blessings, blessings to you all. Amen
