What would Jesus ask you today?

"What shall we say the kingdom of God is like, or what parable shall we use to describe it?” - Mark 4:30.

Jesus proclaimed and then taught us how to live in the kingdom of God. However, his peers were expecting a more political kingdom which often caused them to misinterpret what the Lord was preaching and teaching. He was announcing that He was the King and wasn't simply interested in saving us, but in having us live every area of life according to His commands, including relationships, finances, work, and family. Have you thought of yourself first as a church person or a Kingdom person? Do you know what God's kingdom requirements are for you? Are you living them out? Read Acts 14:21-22 and Romans 14:16-18 to get a basic definition of God's kingdom and then make every effort with His help to live up to its and His expectations.
