Proverbs 14:9
November 14, 2011
Your daily dose of Proverbs:
"Fools mock at making amends for sin,
but goodwill is found among the upright" - 14:9.
To be upright is not to be perfect. When you are upright, you admit you have sinned and try to make amends for your misdeeds. Is there anything you need to do today to right a wrong you committed? For an example of this, look at what a man named Zacchaeus promised to do in Luke 19:1-10. Zacchaeus was not a sinless man, but after his encounter with Jesus, he was upright!
