I depart on Thursday for the UK and then on the 28th for Kenya. It's been six months since my last international trip and I have found that you get slightly out of sync when you resume travel after a long layoff. You have to try and remember all the little things that you need to take with you in order to have everything you want or need.  What's more, I always have to take a lot of supplies - profiles, books, class work, requests from friends for more books or supplies, and, oh yes, my clothes for a diverse schedule over two and a half weeks away.  This looks like a three-suitcase trip ahead of me.
