You should not read God's word casually, but endeavor to study and memorize it. Do you have a Bible reading program? Are you taking any courses that will enhance your understanding? Do you spend any time memorizing His word? Read Psalm 119:11 and 1 Thessalonians 2:13 as further exhortation to get God's word deep inside your heart and mind.
