Your daily dose of Proverbs:
"She
[wisdom] has prepared her meat and mixed her wine;
she has also set her table" - 9:2.

When you read Proverbs, you get the idea that wisdom is doing everything possible to woo and befriend you. You must work not to have a relationship with wisdom. And of course we know from the New Testament that wisdom is not a 'thing' but the person of the Lord Jesus.You may want to read about another table the Lord sets for you in Psalm 23:5 or about Jesus being your wisdom in 1 Corinthians 1:30.
